My favorite place to stay! If I would give more stars I could! The cabins are cozy, the beds are comfortable, and it gives a warm feel! The views are great and the property owners are nothing but accommodating! I have been coming here about 4 times a year for the past 3 years and have stayed on both properties. I am never disappointed, and my family calls this our home away from home. You are responsible for cleaning which is clearly stated up front, but are supplied with everything you need. This place is a hidden gem and it will be my favorite place to stay near Grand Lake for years to come!!!

We booked a cabin for 4 days and 3 nights. Didn't know what to expect but we drove up and were able to put in the code and gain instant access to our room. The second we opened the door we were greeted with a beautiful rustic and welcoming cabin. It's smelled good and was a very inviting and pleasant surprise. The views were spectacular and all of the amenities we read about online were available. The biggest thing for me no matter where I go is the bed. Now that I'm a middle aged man my back is very sensitive but the bed in the cabin was amazing. Woke up feeling Great. Adam and Sue were terrific camp hosts and were readily available. We will be back for sure. Love this place.

This is my go to for the last few years! I absolutely love the rustic feeling and the themes of each cabin or room (each has a little kitchen in). Very family friendly, wifi, cable, new game room, pet friendly, the fire pit and gathering around with others, and meeting new people is awesome! Adam and Sue are fabulous hosts, they are communicative, willing to help out if needed, all around great people! The views are great, you can take walks along the canal, or sit and watch the wildlife, sunsets and sunrises. There is shopping close, Grand Lake for fishing, swimming and boating, entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park!

Exactly what you expect, a portal in time. Old school everything. Wall plugs don't have the third ground pin and the bed's could use a bit higher quality mattress but other than that it was great.

Ultimate family spot! Kid and dog friendly-- outdoor games, gathering areas, and a game room make for an incredibly inviting atmosphere for families. Dogs are welcome, too, and each cabin has it's own fenced in yard. It was a no-brainer to book here. The owners are very nice!
